Formerly obsolete and vacant, the industrial building became a dramatic, alternative Class A office building. An internet company and an architecture firm occupy the facility. The project used the Federal Historic Tax Credit Program to assist and effectuate the renovation. 100% occupancy.

This project would provide the template for MMP to replicate throughout the neighborhood. Sixteen (16) residential units, two (2) retail units. 100% occupancy.

Acquired in 2012, this two building assemblage incurred residential cosmetic renovations, including new kitchens and bathrooms. MMP’s office and Shifty’s Taco occupy the ground floor retail components of the project. The project used the Federal Historic Tax Credit program to assist and effectuate the renovation. Two (2) retail units, four (4) residential units, 100% occupancy.

Once a toy store, MMP acquired this historic mixed-use property via REO auction in 2011. Our full renovation resulted in a beautiful bilevel home featuring two roof decks and a classic ground floor retail space occupied by the gourmet sandwich and craft beer bottle shop Rybrew. The property also features a large rear garage, rented and used as an artist studio. The project used the Federal Historic Tax Credit program to assist and effectuate the renovation. One (1) retail unit, one (1) residential unit, one (1) workspace/studio. 100% occupancy.

2940 Thomson Street

2940 Thompson is a currently vacant one story industrial warehouse with accessory surface parking being acquired from the City of Philadelphia. The development plan entails creating a diverse co-working space that will house non-profits, artists, artisans, small offices and the like. The facade will be redone, new windows installed, landscaping and lighting around the perimeter of the building. Initial tenants include Give and Go Athletics, a photographer, workshop for a carpenter and ICY Sign Shop.
