In April 2017, MMP acquired 2613-2615 W. Girard a 6,000 SF existing building and is zoned CMX-2.5. Our intended business plan is to demolish the existing building and newly constructed mixed-use building. Specifically, a 13-unit multifamily building with one (1) 1,000 SF commercial suite fronting Girard Avenue. Predevelopment is influx and we anticipate breaking ground in fall/winter 2017. We acquired this building in conjunction with 2517-2519 W. Girard, which is on the previous block and next to an existing MMP asset, 2511 W. Girard. Resultant of this acquisition, MMP now obtains ownership of the entire 1600 block of W. Girard Avenue.
