2100 Arch Street is a 120k SF office building in Center City Philadelphia that was purchased off market by MMP in March 2023. The building was acquired 100% vacant and is currently zoned to allow for a multifamily conversion “by-right”.

Since purchasing 2100 Arch, MMP has actively advanced through the predevelopment stages, leading to the submission of our building permit to L&I, which we anticipate receiving Spring 2024 . The permit application encompassed 116 residential units, 3,000 SF of ground floor commercial and tenant amenities.
