Acquired in 2015 in a REO transaction, MMP undertook a full façade restoration and backfilled the property with two tenants for a few years. Then in 2016 a lease was executed with Dollar Tree and on April 28, 2017 Dollar Tree opened for businessbringing a much-needed retail service to the W. Girard Avenue retail corridor.
