Acquired in 2014 along with the AF Bornot Loft buildings. MMP decided to take an extra wide warehouse and create two fee simple loft homes within the historic shell of the existing warehouse. The end result was two spectacular high design loft homes that retained many original details; exposed steel and brick with all modern interior finishes and systems. Both homes presold during construction.
