The Civic, located at 1600-1650 W. Girard Avenue in Philadelphia’s Francisville neighborhood, is an adaptive reuse project by MMPartners that transformed the historic St. Joseph’s Hospital into boutique living spaces. 

Originally opened as a Catholic hospital under the direction of the Sisters of Charity, St. Joseph’s served as a public center for health and safety for over a century.
