This boutique mid-rise building in Francisville is a new construction apartment building built on a former parking lot that the sponsor owned. La Cour features fourteen 1 bed / 1 bath apartments. The name is inspired by design influences from the historic French Quarter of New Orleans and Old City of Philadelphia.
