2517-2519 West Girard Avenue was acquired in April 2017 and is currently under renovation. The intended business plan for the building is 100% commercial, compromised of two (2) tenants, one of which is occupying the first floor in its entirety and the other occupying the second floor in its entirety. The use on the first floor will be a Beer Distributor and the use on the second floor will be office space. Our anticipated completion date for the building is Q2 2019.
