2613-2615 West Girard Avenue was acquired in April 2017 and is currently under renovation. The intended business plan for the building is mixed-use; specifically, six (6) moderate income rental units (studio’s and 1BR/1BA’s) and approximately 2,500 SF of ground floor commercial/retail space. The uses for the commercial/retail suites have not yet been identified. Our anticipated completion date for the building is Q3 2019.
