Stiles Row

The Stiles Row town home project consisted of six fully renovated row homes and one ground-up new construction home (7 total town homes), designed to blend seamlessly into the fabric of the Brewerytown neighborhood. Behind their historic facades, these homes were made modern with refined finishes and thoughtful detail. The homes featured:

  • Solid quartz countertops
  • Solid wood, flat slab, dark sable cabinetry with soft close hardware
  • Oak Hardwood flooring
  • Stainless steel appliance package
  • Outside space
  • Open concept living

These vacant properties were acquired from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia with one home sold as “workforce housing” to a family making 80% of the Area Median Income.
