MMParters purchased 909 Corinthian as an existing 22-unit multi/family property located in the Francisville neighborhood of Philadelphia. The building was originally built as a nurse’s dormitory and then was later re-developed into apartments by the former owner. The property was acquired in December 2018 and underwent initial exterior improvements, common area updates and interior unit upgrades. Those renovations were furthered in the Fall and Winter of 2020, along with the new construction of the neighboring apartment building La Cour.
