In an off-market transaction, MMP acquired the Ventnor Professional Campus in the affluent beach town of Ventnor NJ. The Ventnor Professional Campus is comprised of two 1940s school buildings and a large surface parking lot situated on a square block just two blocks from the beach and the bay. The sellers converted the properties to an office in the 1980s and owned/operated the buildings up until selling to MMP. We will continue to operate this as an office for the near term.
