


The WCR Portfolio marks MMP’s first foray into the Brewerytown market back in 2001. The portfolio was comprised of eight (8) semi contiguous brownstones in shell condition that MMP was able to acquire off-market at very attractive pricing from eight separate owners. The development plan entailed full gut renovations of the properties into sixteen (16) residential units and two (2) commercial units. This project served as the model for MMP’s block-by-block approach to redeveloping Brewerytown.
